RECIPE: Easy Chocolate Fudge Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Are you sensing a theme, here? I love recipes that are easy and a bit over-the-top in terms of indulgence. These cookies are made with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate brownie mix and an entire bag of Reese’s peanut butter chips. You’re going to love them! Be sure not to over bake them…they should still be a bit ooey-gooey on the inside.

Ingredients and directions:
1 Box Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate brownie mix (really, it is your choice which kind of brownie mix you use, but I prefer Ghirardelli)
1 bag of Reese’s peanut butter chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes. Skip dinner, and eat a bunch of these instead. I may or may not have eaten five or six of these before they even made it off the cookie sheet and onto the cooling rack.
