It’s Girl Scout cookie booth season! 67 cases of cookies are stacked two and three cases high in the back of my van. I’ve heard tales of legendary moms fitting close to 200 of these babies into a single van. #girlscouts #cookiemom
My five year old son drew and colored this, freehand. He looks for guidance from art videos on YouTube, pausing them bit by bit as he draws. 😍 #southpaw
Every day around 3:30. What do you think she’s trying to tell me?
33 days until Spring. Mud (and skunk) season has arrived in Central Ohio. I’m going to try to post an image a day from my yard for the next 33 days, as a countdown to the vernal equinox.
Birds, melting snow, raindrops. 33 days until Spring. 🌱 #macro
My honeysuckle is waking up. The leaves are still tiny and barely peeping out, but the green is unmistakable. Spring, soon. #macro
My people. 😍
Last week, we missed three days of school for sub-zero temps, and a bunch of snow. Today, it was close to 60 degrees, and gloriously sunny. Oh, Ohio. Only 44 days until Spring! #winterinohio
Murph always looks a bit serious and pensive in pictures, but please observe the happy blurry tail in this one. Tails don’t lie. #rescuedog #adoptdontshop #brindlebaby #muttsofinstagram
Snow Murph. He’s 12 weeks old today. #rescuedog #staffymix #rottiemix #springermix #chowmix #murphymutt #adoptdontshop
What makes a Murphy? We had a @wisdompanel done for Murph, and should get results any day. What do y’all think he has swimming around in his DNA? Fun facts about he and his siblings: 1. Murph has a slightly curled tail and a Henry’s pocket. 2. He has rear dewclaws. 3. One of his sisters has white fur and is and deaf. 4. Several siblings have lightly spotted tongues. 5. One of his brothers is over 30 pounds already! (Murphy was the runt, and is currently around 15 pounds. They are almost 12 weeks old.) 6. There’s a pic of the puppies and mama at the end of the slide show. 7. He’s definitely brindle, but there may be some merle in there? 8. The rescue called them hound + Australian Shepherd mix. || I’m thinking mastiff, boxer, staffy? Chime in with what you think! || #muttsofinstagram #rescuedog #adoptdontshop #puppygram #mastiffmix #houndmix

I was the recipient of a lovely serenade this morning. It’s too perfect and too pure not to share. #ukulelesongs #myheartisfull
Interrupting the regularly scheduled puppy programming to share this one of my hunk. 🔥
When you have three kids and Alexa doesn’t know who to listen to.
Puppy love. 💜
I’m sad this is blurry, but I have to post anyway. Murph has a better smoky eye and winged eyeliner than I’ve ever been able to achieve for myself.
Progress. ❤️ This was from a few days ago. Murph thinks big sis hung the moon, but she was absolutely not having the cone in her face. The cone came off this morning, and they played until they literally dropped. #rescuedogs #muttsofinstagram
